শর্তাবলী
১. স্বাগতম
Hukum-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম! আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে এই শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন। আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার বা অ্যাক্সেস করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তগুলোর সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। যদি আপনি এই শর্তগুলোর সাথে একমত না হন, তাহলে আপনি আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
২. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
যোগ্যতা
এই প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার জন্য আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে।
অ্যাকাউন্টের দায়িত্ব
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং পাসওয়ার্ডের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে সংঘটিত সকল কার্যকলাপের জন্য আপনিই দায়ী থাকবেন।
শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। পরিবর্তনগুলো এই পৃষ্ঠায় প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে তা সংশোধিত শর্তাবলীর প্রতি আপনার সম্মতি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
৩. প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের নিয়ম
নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপ
আপনি নিম্নলিখিত কাজগুলো করবেন না:
কোনো অবৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করা
প্ল্যাটফর্মের কার্যক্রমে বিঘ্ন ঘটানো
ভাইরাস বা ক্ষতিকর সফটওয়্যার আপলোড করা
লাইসেন্স
আমরা আপনাকে প্ল্যাটফর্মটি শুধুমাত্র নির্ধারিত উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহারের জন্য একটি সীমিত, অ-একচেটিয়া এবং অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য লাইসেন্স প্রদান করি।
৪. অর্ডার এবং পেমেন্ট
অর্ডার গ্রহণ
প্ল্যাটফর্মে করা যেকোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণ বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি।
মূল্য এবং পেমেন্ট
সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে প্রদর্শিত হয়।
চেকআউটের সময় প্রদত্ত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
বাতিল এবং রিফান্ড
বাতিলের অনুরোধ অবশ্যই আমাদের বাতিল নীতিমালার সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ হতে হবে। রিফান্ড আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
৫. প্রমোশন এবং অফার
কুপন
কুপন হলো ডিসকাউন্ট কোড যা গ্রাহকরা চেকআউটের সময় ব্যবহার করে তাদের ক্রয়ের উপর ছাড় পেতে পারেন। কুপনগুলো তাদের নিজস্ব শর্তাবলীর অধীন এবং স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে একাধিক কুপন একসাথে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
অফার
অফার হলো বিশেষ প্রমোশন যেখানে গ্রাহকদের কোনো কোড দিতে হয় না এবং ছাড় স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে প্রযোজ্য হয়। অফার নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য এবং তা পণ্যের পৃষ্ঠা ও কার্টে দৃশ্যমান থাকে।
৬. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ বা আকস্মিক ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না। আমাদের মোট দায়বদ্ধতা গত ১২ মাসে আমাদের সেবার জন্য আপনি যে অর্থ প্রদান করেছেন তার পরিমাণ পর্যন্ত সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে।
৭. অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল
আপনি যদি এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেন বা নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপে যুক্ত হন, তাহলে আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
৮. গোপনীয়তা
আপনার গোপনীয়তা আমাদের কাছে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। আমরা কীভাবে আপনার তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও ব্যবহার করি তা জানতে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের Privacy Policy দেখুন।
৯. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত এবং ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
